30th April 2010, Friday - Convoy started from Kulim at 8.30 a.m and meet MyBimmer members at Grik, Perak. "When North Meet East" is the theme by Kelantan BMW Club for the East Coast Convoy from Bimmer Utara as Unofficial BMW Community and Kelantan BMW Club as official BMW Club for 'Kelantanese'. This convoy had been planned couple of month before between both BMW Club and the result of this convoy was beyond expectation. Well done for who are involve in planning and managing this convoy. The expedition of 3 days 2 nights had been approved and permit was given by Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM). This convoy is the most successful event organized by Bimmer Utara that joined by 100 members including new members and this convoy also the longest trip with 1000KM range. 40 BMW from Bimmer Utara being escorted by PDRM Kelantan and Terengganu to make sure the smoothness of the convoy.
Kelantan BMW Club celebrated our convoy team with official Grand Dinner at Restoran Kayu Ukir, Pulau Melaka , Kelantan that had been reserved for us. With delicious foods, some show, lucky draw and speech by both President , Mr. Shul from Bimmer Utara and Mr. Yus from Kelantan BMW Club. The dinner was continued with changing souvenir and karaoke session until midnight. Well done for Kelantan BMW Club for this special Grand Dinner.
1st May 2010, Saturday - Mr. Liang from Terengganu appointed as our tourist guide and was the only Bimmer Utara member from Terengganu. He lead the convoy through the Terengganu beaches road and view the splendid South China Sea headed to Kuala Terengganu and stop at Batu Burok Beach. Then, we moved to Pasar Payang for some shopping and Masjid Kristal for zohor pray. It is not complete to visit Terengganu without buying 'keropok lekor or keropok losong'. Our convoy headed to Kg. Losong, Terengganu where the famous keropok losong was made.
2nd May 2010, Sunday - Relaxing and enjoying the beach at Demong Beach Resort, Besut Terengganu where we are staying. Our convoy started to leave Terengganu and stop at Rantau Panjang Kelantan for some shopping. Then we are leaving Kelantan and heading back to North.
Bimmer Utara wishing a lot of thankfulness to PDRM for approving and given permit for our convoy and also escort our convoy in Kelantan and Terengganu. Well done for Kelantan BMW Club for organizing a very successful event for us.
